C4 PROVIDES LAKE COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS WITH PROGRAMS TO ASSIST IN ENERGY CONSERVATION EFFORTS LOCALLY. THESE EFFORTS INCLUDE OUTREACH TO LOCAL BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS.
C4 HAS ENCOURAGED LOCAL COMMUNITY RECYCLING INCLUDING ASSISTING IN ZERO WASTE EVENTS AND PROVIDING THE COMMUNITY WITH RECYCLE BINS
C4 HAS A FARM THAT IS BEING BUILT THAT WILL HELP LOCAL GROWERS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS LEARN ABOUT LOCAL FARMING AND SUSTAINABILITY
