EVERY SINGLE YOUNG CHILD AT RISE, WITH OR WITHOUT A DELAY OR DISABILITY, IS CARED FOR, EDUCATED, AND SUPPORTED BY A LEAD TEACHER WITH A MASTER'S DEGREE AND A HIGHLY TRAINED TEACHING ASSISTANT IN ADDITION TO A TRANSDISCIPLINARY THERAPY TEAM THAT INCLUDES: A SPEECH PATHOLOGIST, AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST, A PHYSICAL THERAPIST, A SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL SPECIALIST, A BEHAVIOR ANALYST, AN INCLUSION SPECIALIST, AND A MUSIC THERAPIST. OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, WHO HAS A PHD IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND EARLY CHILDHOOD SPECIAL EDUCATION, COORDINATES AND MONITORS ALL ACTIVITIES AND DEVELOPMENT.
