TO PROMOTE EDUCATION REGARDING THE CARE OF NEWBORN CHILDREN AND PREGNANT WOMEN THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA. THIS INCLUDES AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS ENGAGED IN THE CARE OF NEWBORN CHILDREN AND PREGNANT WOMEN. THE CONFERENCE FOR 2020 WAS CANCELLED DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC. WE DID HAVE 29 MEMBERSHIPS PAID DURING THIS YEAR.
