BECOME THE NETWORKING CENTRAL POINT FOR ORGANIZATIONS, GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC WORKING TO ACHIEVE FULL INCLUSION OF CITIZENS WITH DISABILITIES IN ALL ASPECTS OF SOCIETY; 4.
