OUTREACH: CUB'S CONSUMER OUTREACH PROGRAM EDUCATES CONSUMERS ABOUT THEIR ENERGY OPTIONS AND OFFERS PERSONALIZED GUIDANCE ON HOW TO LOWER BILLS, GET CLEAN ENERGY, AND ADDRESS ANY ISSUES CONSUMERS HAVE WITH THEIR HOME ENERGY USE OR UTILITY SERVICE.
