ANGEL CONCEPT WORKS WITH VARIOUS HALF-WAY HOUSES, COUNSELING ORGANIZATIONS, PAROLE OFFICERS, ETC. TO IDENTIFY PARTICIPANTS WHO ARE READY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ANGEL CONCEPT TRAINING PROGRAM. OVER THE COURSE OF THREE MONTHS, THE WOMEN RECEIVE EDUCATION AND ON-THE-JOB TRAINING IN VARIOUS DISCIPLINES INCLUDING: WORK ATTENDANCE, DRESSING FOR THE JOB, CUSTOMER SERVICE, MERCHANDISING AND INVENTORY.
