THRIVE PROGRAM - TRANSITIONS LIFE CENTER (TLC) IS A VIBRANT AND ENGAGING COMMUNITY CREATING MEANINGFUL OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES (I/DD) IN MARION COUNTY, FLORIDA. THROUGH DAILY ACTIVITIES AND SPECIALIZED SERVICES, TLC'S THRIVE (TEAMWORK, HONOR, RESPECT, INDEPENDENCE, VALUES, EDUCATION) PROGRAM PROVIDES AN ENVIRONMENT THAT FOSTERS EDUCATIONAL, DEVELOPMENTAL, AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES TO BUILD A SENSE OF BELONGING AND COMMUNITY TO THE SPECIAL NEEDS POPULATION. TLC STRIVES TO PROVIDE PURPOSE AND POSITIVITY IN THE LIVES OF THESE VERY SPECIAL ADULTS, TLC MEMBERS.
