FELLOWSHIP COMPONENTS: INDUSTRY TRAINING, FARMER FIELD SCHOOL, TAILORING, WEAVING.DEVELOPMENTAL TRAINING: FINANCIAL LITERACY, FAMILY HEALTH AND NUTRITION, BUSINESS SELF-ESTEEM AND GENDER EQUALITY, ALL PAIRED WITH ONE-ON-ONE MENTORSHIP.
