CAREER DEVELOPMENT GRANTS: TRANSITION TO INDEPENDENCE, FUNDING FOR NEW INVESTIGATORS, KIDNEYCURE, THE ASN FOUNDATION, AWARDS THESE GRANTS TO ADVANCE THE INDEPENDENT CAREERS OF YOUNG INVESTIGATORS IN BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH.


RESEARCH FELLOWSHIPS, FUNDING FOR FELLOWS, THE GOAL OF THE BEN J. LIPPS RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM IS TO FUND FELLOWS TO CONDUCT ORIGINAL, MERITORIOUS RESEARCH PROJECTS. THIS PROGRAM WILL FOSTER, UNDER THE DIRECTION OF A SPONSOR, THE TRAINING OF FELLOWS WHO ARE HIGHLY MOTIVATED TO MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE UNDERSTANDING OF KIDNEY BIOLOGY AND DISEASE.


HAROLD AMOS MEDICAL FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: THE HAROLD AMOS MEDICAL FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OF THE ROBERT WOOD JOHNSON FOUNDATION HAS RESEARCH AWARDS AVAILABLE TO PHYSICIANS FROM HISTORICALLY DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS (ETHNIC, FINANCIAL OR EDUCATIONAL) WHO ARE COMMITTED TO PURSUING CAREERS IN ACADEMIC MEDICINE, AS WELL AS TO SERVING AS ROLE MODELS FOR STUDENTS AND FACULTY OF SIMILAR BACKGROUNDS.
