CHRIST'S FOOTPRINTS IN AFRICA (CFA) IS A CHRISTIAN CHARITY SERVING PRIMARILY IN TWO OF THE POOREST COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD. MALAWI AND BURUNDI IN EAST CENTRAL AFRICA. SCHOOLS: PRIMARY SCHOOLING FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE NO OTHER SOURCE OF EDUCATION. THESE CHILDREN LEARN TO READ AND WRITE AND RECEIVE A MEAL AT SCHOOL. THEY ARE ALSO TAUGHT THE ESSENTIALS OF CHRISTIANITY. CFA HAS BUILT SCHOOL BUILDINGS AND OFFERS HELP IN MAINTAINING THEM. PRISON MINISTRY: HELPING PRISONERS THROUGH PARTNERSHIP WITH THE LOCAL BRANCH OF PRISON FELLOWSHIP. PASTOR TRAINING: MANY OF THE PASTORS HAVE NEVER HAD FORMAL CHRISTIAN EDUCATION, AND MANY DO NOT OWN A BIBLE. CFA TRIES TO SUPPLY BIBLES AND TRAINING. CHILD EVANGELISM: CFA HAS PARTNERED WITH CHILD EVANGELISM FELLOWSHIP TO PROVIDE CHRISTIAN EDUCATION TO CHILDREN IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CHURCHES WE WORK WITH. CHURCH SUPPORT: CFA HAS HELPED BUILD CHURCHES AND REPAIR CHURCHES. OTHER WORK: PUTTING IN WELLS IF NEEDED AND HELPING WITH GARDEN IRRIGATION.

DURING THE 2022 YEAR CHRIST'S FOOTPRINTS IN AFRICA (CFA) PROVIDED MANY HUMANITARIAN RELIEF EFFORTS DURING THE EXTREME FLOODING AND HUNGER. CFA CONTINUED IN SUPPORTING RURAL PASTORS, BUILT SEVERAL NEW CHURCHES AND RE-ROOFED MANY. CFA SUPPORTED AN IRRIGATION PROJECT THAT WILL ALLOW FOR GARDENS TO GROW AND FLOURISH, FOR MANY OF THE RURAL VILLAGES. THESE PROGRAM SERVICES WERE ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH WORD OF GRACE CHURCH, PASTOR MOSES N'KAHATA.
CFA WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE SUPPORT FOR SEVERAL LOCAL EVANGELISTS AND MISSIONARIES AND PASTORS WHO ARE OUR HANDS AND FEET WHEN WE CANNOT BE PRESENT IN THE COUNTRY. PROVIDING PASTOR TRAINING, CHURCH BUILDING MAINTENANCE, FLOOD AND HUNGER RELIEF, CHILD EVANGELISM OUTREACH INCLUDING MEALS AND EVANGELISM, MEDICAL AID WHEN NEEDED.
CFA PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR THE MALAWI PRISON FELLOWSHIP HALFWAY HOUSE, WHICH BRINGS IN RELEASED PRISONERS AND GIVES THEM AN EDUCATION AND COUNSELING SO THEY CAN RE-ENTER THEIR COMMUNITIES WITH SKILLS AND SUPPLIES TO START A BUSINESS. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE MALAWI PRISON FELLOWSHIP DIRECTOR, RODRICK ZALIMBA.
CFA CONTINUES TO SUPPORT SEVERAL SCHOOLS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF PASTOR MOSES N'KHATA. THIS INCLUDES STAFF SALARIES, TEACHER TRAINING, PROVIDING MEALS FOR CHILDREN AND STAFF, AND SCHOOL BUILDING REPAIRS AS NEEDED.
