REAL CERTIFICATION EVALUATES FOOD SERVICE OPERATIONS ACROSS A SERIES OF KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS KPIS SUCH AS NUTRITIONAL CONTENT OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES SERVED PREPARATION METHODS PORTION SIZES AND SOURCES OF FOODS.
