THE PRIMARY CARE PROGRAM UNDER HARTFORD HEALTHCARE MEDICAL GROUP HAS 164 PHYSICIANS AND 152 ADVANCED PRACTITIONERS WHO PROVIDE PRIMARY CARE ACROSS THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT. PHYSICIANS HAVE PRIVILEGES AT HARTFORD HOSPITAL, HOSPITAL OF CENTRAL CONNECTICUT, MIDSTATE MEDICAL CENTER, WINDHAM COMMUNITY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, BACKUS HOSPITAL, CHARLOTTE HUNGERFORD HOSPITAL AND ST. VINCENT'S MEDICAL CENTER. THE PRACTICES SAW 737,062 PATIENT VISITS IN 2021. OUR PROVIDERS ARE CREDENTIALED IN BOTH INTERNAL AND FAMILY MEDICINE, WITH A COMMITMENT TO PROVIDING SICK VISITS WITHIN 24 HOURS.
