ST. PETER'S HEALTH PARTNERS WAS CREATED IN 2011 THROUGH THE MERGER OF SETON HEALTH, NORTHEAST HEALTH AND ST. PETER'S HEALTH CARE SERVICES. ST. PETER'S HEALTH PARTNERS PROVIDES OVERSIGHT AND SUPPORT TO ITS TAX-EXEMPT SUBSIDIARIES WHICH SERVE A NUMBER OF DIVERSE COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE GREATER CAPITAL REGION OF UPSTATE NEW YORK. THESE SUBSIDIARIES PROVIDE A VAST ARRAY OF HOSPITAL SERVICES, SENIOR CARE AND SERVICES, REHABILITATION, SPECIALTY SERVICES AND SENIOR LIVING OPTIONS. ST.
