THE GOAL IS TO RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT THE WATER SYSTEM AND WASTE TREATMENT PROCESSES (INCLUDING SEWAGE TREATMENT AND RECYCLING); EXPAND THE UNDERSTANDING THAT SIGNIFICANT RESOURCES AND SKILL ARE REQUIRED TO ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN, AND IMPROVE THE PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM AND WASTE TREATMENT SYSTEMS; AND ENCOURAGE RECYCLING TO REDUCE THE BURDEN IMPOSED ON SUCH SYSTEM.
