IN ALL, 273 PEOPLE DIED ON THE ROADS IN 2021, THE MOST SINCE 2013.COVERED THE STATE LEGISLATURES FAILURE TO ENACT CRUCIAL, LIFE-SAVING BILLS, INCLUDING THE EIGHT-BILL PACKAGE OF THE CRASH VICTIMS RIGHTS AND SAFETY ACT.
