THE ORGANIZATION STRIVES TO ENSURE THAT ALL PATIENTS ADMITTED TO OR TREATED BY THE HOSPITAL RECEIVE QUALITY CARE AND IT STRIVES TO CONTINUALLY IMPROVE THE SERVICES RENDERED TO PATIENTS.THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FOR THE PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR THE MEDICAL STAFF AND PROMOTES AND MAINTAINS HIGH EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS FOR ALL MEDICAL STAFF MEMBERS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A MEANS TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS AND DESIGN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AMONG MEDICAL STAFF MEMBERS AND THE ADMINISTRATION AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE HOSPITAL, AS WELL AS MAINTAIN A PROCESS FOR PEER REVIEW OF MEDICAL STAFF MEMBERS.
