CLUBHOUSE DAY - THE CLUBHOUSE DAY PROGRAM IS THE MAIN PROGRAM BASED UPON THE CLUBHOUSE MODEL THAT PROVIDES REAL WORK OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS TO REGAIN SKILLS, IMPROVE SELF ESTEEM AND ENHANCE QUALITY OF LIFE. THE CLUBHOUSE PROGRAM SERVES 12-15 PEOPLE DAILY FOR A 5 HOUR DAY. THE PROGRAM IS ACCREDITED BY THE COMMISSION ON ACCREDITATION OF REHABILITATION FACILITIES (CARF) FOR COMMUNITY INTEGRATION.
KNZ GYM - PROVIDES EXERCISE GROUPS AND PERSONAL TRAINING THAT IS SPECIFIC TO THE NEEDS OF PERSONS WITH NEUROLOGICAL IMPAIRMENTS.
EMPLOYMENT SERVICES - SYNAPSE HOUSE PROVIDES ASSISTANCE WITH WORK READINESS, JOB SEARCHES, JOB PLACEMENT, RETENTION AND SUPPORTS EMPLOYMENT NEEDS. COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES - COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO VETERANS IN THEIR HOME AND THE COMMUNITY. THIS PROGRAM IS FUNDED THROUGH A CONTRACT AND IS FOR VETERANS THAT SERVED POST 9-11. THE GOALS OF THE PROGRAM IS TO INCREASE INDEPENDENCE, BUILD SOCIAL CAPITAL AND RE-ENGAGE THE WARRIOR WITH THEIR FAMILIES, THE COMMUNITY AND ACTIVITIES.
