ACCEPTED 48 LOW-INCOME BILINGUAL WOMEN INTO A 16-WEEK MEDICAL INTERPRETER CERTIFICATE JOB TRAINING PROGRAM, AND PROVIDED ONGOING CAREER ADVANCEMENT SERVICES TO ALUMNAE COMMUNITY. SERVICES INCLUDE INTERPRETER EDUCATION (MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY, ETHICS, INTERPRETING SKILLS, LANGUAGE COACHING), FINANCIAL LITERACY, MENTORING, CHILDCARE, TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE, JOB PLACEMENT AND CAREER COACHING.
