STEM - WE GIVE AT-RISK YOUTH A GIFT THAT LASTS A LIFETIME: THE KNOWLEDGE THAT SCIENCE IS WITHIN REACH. THE CONFIDENCE TO RESEARCH, ANALYZE AND PRESENT DATA IN CONTEXT SUPPORTS ECONOMIC MOBILITY, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, SOCIAL AND RACIAL JUSTICE. SCIENCE BELONGS TO US ALL; WITH AN UNDERSTANDING OF SCIENCE AND THE WORLD, WE STAND TALL.


MENTOR - 4TH FAMILY STANDS WITH OUR SCHOOL SYSTEMS, PROVIDING SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO STUDENTS FACING ACADEMIC AND BEHAVIORAL CHALLENGES. OUR INTERVENTION PROGRAM EXUDES INTEGRITY, EMBRACES LEARNING, AND TEACHES THE PRACTICES OF PERSONAL AND GROUP RESPONSIBILITY. OUR YOUNG PEOPLE ARE OUR FUTURE; WE HAVE THEIR BACKS.


SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING PROGRAM - THROUGH OUR SEL PROGRAMS, WE PROVIDE YOUNG PEOPLE WITH TOOLS AND STRATEGIES TO NAVIGATE CHALLENGING SITUATIONS, SUCH AS STRESS, PEER PRESSURE, AND CONFLICTS. WE HELP THEM BUILD THEIR SELF-AWARENESS, SELF-MANAGEMENT, SOCIAL AWARENESS, AND RELATIONSHIP SKILLS. THIS PROGRAM ALSO EMPHASIZES THE IMPORTANCE OF EMPATHY, INCLUSIVITY, AND RESPECT FOR DIVERSITY.
