PARTICIPATION ON A TEAM OFFERS THE PLAYERS INSTRUCTION IN A POSITIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT WHILE BUILDING THE PLAYERS SKILLS AND CONFIDENCE. PLAYERS ARE ALSO LEARNING TO BECOME SELF RELIANT AND BEING PERSONALLY ACCOUNTABLE WHILE WORKING TOWARDS A COMMON GOAL WITHIN A TEAM SETTING.
