COLLABORATIVE ACTION NETWORK (CAN) SUPPORT EXPENSES: BACKBONE STAFF AND PARTNER COORDINATION TO ENSURE CONTINUOS ALLOCATION AND ALIGNMENT OF RESOURCES AROUND AGREED UPON COMMON GOALS AND TO IMPROVE COMMUNITY LEVEL OUTCOMES. SUPPORTING THE DAILY MANAGEMENT OF THE PARTNERSHIP AND LEADING THE CONTINUOUS REFINEMENT OF INDICATORS TO ENSURE ACCURACY AND VALIDITY. SPECIFIC EXAMPLES INCLUDE: EARLY LEARNING LATINE, MINDSET ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND HABITS, CAREER PATHWAYS.


PARTNER SUPPORT, DATA SUPPORT. CONVENING AND TRAINING: PLANNING, RECRUITING, TRAINING AND SUPERVISION FOR THE PARTNERSHIP AND ITS COLLABORATIVE ACTION NETWORKS, DATA COUNCIL AND PARTNER DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE.
