GOD GEAR INC HAS FAITH BASED TRANSITIONAL HOMES FOR MEN AND WOMEN WITH DRUG AND ALCOHOL ADDITIONS, AND MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. GOD GEAR NC WORKS WITH THE PROBATION DEPARTMENT, DRUG COURT, DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES,,MENTALHEALTH AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO HOUSE MEN AND WOMEN ON PROBATION OR DRUG COURT ORDER AND DHS.GOD GEAR OFFERS A SAFE ENVIRMENT FOR MEN AND WOMEN IN TRANSITION TO LIVE. GOD GEAR ALSO PROVIDES FOR WOMEN WHO ARE IN THE PROCESS OF REGAINING CUSTODY OF THEIR CHILDREN OR TO WOMEN WHO HAVE REGAINEDCUSTODY OF THEIR CHILDREN A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE. MEN AND WOMEN WHO RESIDE IN GOD GEAR TRANSITIONAL HOME MUST CONFORM TO ALL HOUSE RULES RULES THAT THE PROBATION DEPARTMENT, DRUG COURT, MENTAL HEALTH OR DHS HAS SET FOR THEM. THEY ALSO MUST ATTEND WEEKLY HOUSE MEETINGS, LOOK FOR EMPLOYMMENT AND RANDOM DRUG TEST GIVEN TO ENSURE THEY ARE SERIOUS ABOUT THEIR RECOVERY THIS WAY. WE CAN ENSURE THEIR TRANSITION WILL BE A SUCCESS.
