LEGAL IMMIGRATION SERVICES UNDER THE CALIFORNIA DSS ONECALIFORNIA GRANT IMPORTA OFFERS LEGAL REPRESENTATION TO IMMIGRANTS WITHOUT CHARGE IN APPLICATIONS FOR CITIZENSHIP THROUGH NATURALIZATION, DACA, ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS, FAMILY VISA PETITIONS, WAIVERS, CONSULAR PROCESSING OF VISAS IN U.S. CONSULATES IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES, U VISA FOR CRIME VICTIMS, T VISAS FOR VICTIMS OF TRAFFICKING, VAWA SELF-PETITIONS, SPECIAL IMMIGRANT JUVENILE STATUS CASES, AND ASYLUM CASES.
EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH THROUGHOUT THE VENTURA COUNTY, SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, AND SOUTHERN SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY REGION THE EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH PROGRAMS ARE CONDUCTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH MANY OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT SERVE SOUTH AND CENTRAL COAST IMMIGRANT COMMUNITIES IN AREAS OF HEALTH, HOUSING, AND ISSUES CONCERNING SENIOR CITIZENS AND CHILDREN. THE CONTENT OF OUR OUTREACH IS PRIMARILY CONCERNED WITH IMMIGRATION LEGAL MATTERS. WE WORK TO DISPEL RUMORS AND MISINFORMATION, AND STRONGLY OPPOSE THE WIDESPREAD VICTIMIZATION OF IMMIGRANTS BY ILLEGAL CONSULTANTS.
