PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: JOUNCE OFFERS EXTERNAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO SCHOOLS, DISTRICTS, AND NETWORKS IN ORDER TO IMPROVE AND ACCELERATE THEIR INSTRUCTIONAL EXPERTISE.
