THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THE LIONS PRIDE ENDOWMENT FUND OF WI, INC. IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FROM TIME TO TIME TO FURTHER CERTAIN OF THE EXEMPT PURPOSES OF THE WISCONSIN LIONS FOUNDATION, INC. ("FOUNDATION"), INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE WISCONSIN LIONS CAMP, CHILDREN'S VISION SCREENING, DIABETES, HEARING, EYEGLASS RECYCLING AND OTHER PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS OF THE FOUNDATION, AS DETERMINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CORPORATION; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT THE FOUNDATION REMAINS AN ORGANIZATION EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAXATION UNDER SECTION 501(A) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AS AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. PROVIDED A CAMPING EXPERIENCE FOR 80 CAMPERS FROM DONOR DESIGNATED INTEREST EARNED.
