IN FY 23, ACVB CONTINUED WITH COMMON PROGRAMMING INCLUDING SUPPORT FOR THE ALTA RESORT SHUTTLE, COLLABORATION WITH ALTA COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT, AND HOSTING MEMBER EVENTS. LATER IN THE FISCAL YEAR, THE ACVB BOARD VOTED TO WIND DOWN AND DISSOLVE THE ORGANIZATION, AND IT ADOPTED A DISSOLUTION PLAN TO EFFECT THAT DECISION. ACVB WILL DISTRIBUTE ITS REMAINING ASSETS, WHICH ARE PRIMARILY CASH IN A BUSINESS CHECKING ACCOUNT, AND A LAPTOP, TO THE ALTA RESORT SHUTTLE AND TO ALTA COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT, RESPECTIVELY. ACVB HOPES TO COMPLETE ASSET DISTRIBUTION BY DECEMBER 31ST 2023.
