THE MISSION OF THE EASTERN BRANDYWINE HUNDRED COORDINATING COUNCIL IS TO IDENTIFY THE ASSETS OF, AND CHALLENGES FACING, THE COMMUNITIES OF EASTERN BRANDYWINE HUNDRED, AND TO ASSIST THOSE COMMUNITIES, AND EASTERN BRANDYWINE HUNDRED AS A WHOLE, IN PRESERVING THEIR ASSETS AND CONFRONTING THEIR CHALLENGES.

PROMOTE THE STUDY OF THE HISTORY BEHIND EASTERN BRANDYWINE HUNDRED AND IDENTIFYING PROPERTIES, STRUCTURES, AND NATURAL RESOURCES OF SIGNIFICANT HISTORICAL, CULTURAL OR NATURAL INTEREST, AND ESTABLISHING A PLAN FOR THEIR PRESERVATION.


WORKING WITH BUSINESSES AND INDUSTRY TO PROMOTE ENVIRONMENTAL SAFTEY FOR THE COMMUNITIES AND RESIDENTS OF EASTERN BRANDYWINE HUNDRED. IN ADDITION, PROMOTING THE EXPANSION OF RAIL TRAVEL AND IDENTIFYING CONCERNS RELATED TO THE TRANSPORTATION, SEWER, AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT INFRASTRUCTURE.


PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT OF QUALITY EDUCATION THROUGHOUT THE AREA BY INCREASING ACCESS TO PUBLIC LIBRARIES. PROMOTE COMMUNITY DAYS AND ARTS WITHIN THE COMMUNITIES OF EASTERN BRANDYWINE HUNDRED.
