HOUSING PROVIDES SERVICES INCLUDING HOUSING COUNSELING, EVICTION PREVENTION, ASSISTANCE TO THE HOMELESS AND ASSISTANCE TO PEOPLE WITH LOW INCOME.
EARLY HEAD START- PROVIDES CHILD DEVELOPMENT PRE-SCHOOL CURRICULUM FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND LOW INCOME FAMILIES. THE PROGRAM ALSO RECEIVES THE BENEFIT OF IN-KIND CONTRIBUTIONS.
