ALTRU HEALTH RESOURCES MAINTAINS OWNERSHIP OF THE LAND OCCUPIED BY THE PARKWOOD SENIOR LIVING BUILDING AND ENTERED INTO A 10-YEAR LEASE OF THE LAND.
