AS A SUBCONTRACTOR FOR THE ND HEALTH DEPARTMENT, NDHA PURCHASES SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE HOSPITALS IN NORTH DAKOTA AND PROVIDES EDUCATION TRAINING FOR ALL HAZARD PLANNING IN THE STATE.
