PROGRAM EXPENSES RELATE TO ONGOING PROJECTS AND MAINTENANCE OF LAND AVAILABLE FOR LEASE OR SALE. A NEW COMMUNITY EDUCATION OPPORTUNITY WAS PRESENTED AND FUNDING APPROVED FOR RANKEN TECHNOLOGY TRADE EDUCATION. DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR A 6 ACRE TRACT WAS PURCHASED BY THE CITY OF PERRYVILLE TO CONSTRUCT A FACILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH RANKEN TECHNICAL INSTITUTE.A SECOND PARCEL WAS PURCHASED BY A LOCAL OUTDOOR DIGITAL COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A BUSINESS OPERATIONS FACILITY.
