(THE "SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION"); PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION REMAINS RECOGNIZED AND DESCRIBED IN SECTION 509(A)(2), IF IT WERE AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3).

LOUIS, INC., SUCH AS THE SLBDI FELLOWS EXPERIENCE, THE DIVERSE BUSINESS ACCELERATOR, PROMOTING THE REGION'S GLOBAL COMPETITIVENESS, AND ENHANCING THE VIBRANCY AND SAFETY OF DOWNTOWN ST. LOUIS.THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION, GREATER ST.
