TO PROMOTE NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION AND SUSTAINABILITY IN THE HAMILTON HEIGHTS, WELLS-GOODFELLOW AND SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOODS BY ASSISTING OTHERS, INCREASING THE QUALITY AND AVAILABILITY OF AFFORDABLE AND MARKET-RATE HOUSING, AND DELIVERING NEED-BASED SERVICES.

REVITALIZING THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE BY PROMOTING AND UNDERTAKING NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE SERVICE AREA INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DEVELOPMENT, CONSTRUCTION, PURCHASE, RENTAL, SALE, MANAGEMENT, AND RELATED REAL ESTATE ACTIVITIES. ALSO, THE ORGANIZATION IS COMMITTED TO CREATING JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN THE COMMUNITY AND IDENTIFYING WORKABLE AND EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES TO PREPARE NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTS FOR LEADERSHIP ROLES.


COMMUNITY EVENTS - ANNUAL PICNICS AND CHRISTMAS PARTY/TOY DRIVES ARE COORDINATED TO BUILD UNITY AMONGST COMMUNITY MEMBERS. COMMUNITY BEAUTIFICATION PROGRAM - BEAUTIFICATION WORKSHOPS AND NEIGHBORHOOD CLEANUP AND BEUTIFICATION PROJECTS WERE COORDINATED WITH NEIGHBORHOOD VOLUNTEERS.


COMMUNITY GARDEN FOR SENIORS - THE GARDEN SUPPLEMENTS FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES FOR THE SENIOR FOOD PORGRAM WHERE INCOME ELIGIBLE SENIORS AGED 60 OR GREATER RECEIVE MONTHLY FOOD BOXES PROVIDED BY A ST. LOUIS AREA FOOD BANK.
