PREFERRED FAMILY HEALTHCARE'S (PFH) COMMUNITY SERVICES PROGRAM SUPPORTS INDIVIDUALS WITH AN INTELLECTUAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY, AS WELL AS THE COMMUNITY THEY RESIDE IN, BY PROVIDING INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES (ISL) AND COMMUNITY INTEGRATION. AS THE OLDEST AND LARGEST PROVIDER OF ISL SERVICES IN MISSOURI, PFH PROVIDES SUPPORT TO PERSONS IN THEIR OWN HOME AS THEY BUILD AND PRACTICE SKILLS IN THE AREAS OF HEALTH AND SAFETY, HOUSEHOLD SKILLS, SOCIAL SKILLS, COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION, SELF-ADVOCACY, LEISURE SKILLS, AND DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONAL INTERESTS.
