PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, TRAINING, AND RESEARCH THAT ENHANCES THE QUALITY AND CAPACITY OF RECOVERY HOUSING AND OTHER RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES IN SERVING AS THE RURAL CENTER OF EXCELLENCE. INCREASE THE NUMBER OF RECOVERY HOUSES IN RURAL COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE U.S.ESTABLISHED A LEARNING MANAGMENT SYSTEM WITH 31 ONLINE COURSES AND 123 USERS. DEVELOPED A RECOVERY HOUSE REGISTRY WITH OVER 150 HOUSES LISTED.CONDUCTED WEBINARS WITH 331 PARTICPANTS.RESPONDED TO 1,920 TA REQUESTS IN 16 STATES; 55 BEST PRACTICES ADOPTED.CONDUCTED RESEARCH ON IMPACTS OF COVID ON RECOVERY HOUSES WITH 1,400 RESPONSES; RESULTS PRESENTED AT NATIONAL CONFERENCES AND PUBLLISHED IN PEER REVIEWED JOURNALS.WEBSITE WITH 3,274 SESSIONS AND 7,599 PAGE VIEWS.
UNDER OUR ARC GRANT PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, TRAINING, AND RESEARCH TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY AND CAPACITY OF RECOVERY HOUSING. PROMOTE THE DEVLOPMENT OF 2 TO 4 NEW RECOVERY FACILITIES. PROMOTE TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS IN RECOVERY HOUSE PROGRAMS.I. FACILITY/PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT- FUNDING AWARDED OF $12 MILLION TO DEVELOP RHOAR MODEL PROGRAM IN MIDDLESBORO/BELL COUNTY.- 1,770 PATIENTS SERVED TO DATE- 130 NEW RECOVERY BEDS CREATED.- 59 JOBS CREATEDII. EMPLOYMENT INITIATIVE- 317 CLIENTS PLACED INTO MEANINGFUL EMPLOYMENT.- 661 STUDENTS SERVED.- 46 FUTURE PLANS ASSESSMENTS COMPLETED.- 91 PEER SUPPORT TRAININGS COMPLETED.- 57 SMARTS/BEBOSS TRAININGS COMPLETED.- 144 GED PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS INITIATED.- 29 GED CERTIFICATIONS EARNED.- 5 KCTCS TECHNICAL TRAININGS EARNED.- 7 PARTICIPANTS IN THE TAYLOR MADE EQUINE TRAINING PROGRAM.- 282 LIFE SKILLS, PARENTING AND OTHER SOFT SKILLS TRAININGS COMPLETED.
UNDER THE KORE INITITIVE EXPAND THE AVAILABLITY OF PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THROUGH HEALTHCARE SETTINGS TO SUPPORT THE SCREENING, ASSESSMENT AND BRIEF INTERVENTION OF INDIVIDUALS WITH AN SUD SERVED IN HEALTH CARE SETTING. EXPAND CAPACITY OF HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS TO ADDRESS PATIENTS WITH AN SUD BY INTEGRATING MOUD INTO PRIMARY CARE PRACTICES. PROVIDED TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO 90 HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS.COMPLETED 554 ENCOUNTERS WITH HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS.A TOTAL OF 1,339 PATIENS SERVED BY PROVIDERS USING SBIRT MODEL IMPLEMENTED IN PRACTICES.ESTABLISHED A PROTOCOL ADDRESSING ADOLESCENTS USING AN SBIRT MODEL.
