INCREASE THE NUMBER OF RECOVERY HOUSES IN RURAL COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE U.S.ESTABLISHED A LEARNING MANAGMENT SYSTEM WITH 31 ONLINE COURSES AND 123 USERS. DEVELOPED A RECOVERY HOUSE REGISTRY WITH OVER 150 HOUSES LISTED.CONDUCTED WEBINARS WITH 331 PARTICPANTS.RESPONDED TO 1,920 TA REQUESTS IN 16 STATES; 55 BEST PRACTICES ADOPTED.CONDUCTED RESEARCH ON IMPACTS OF COVID ON RECOVERY HOUSES WITH 1,400 RESPONSES; RESULTS PRESENTED AT NATIONAL CONFERENCES AND PUBLLISHED IN PEER REVIEWED JOURNALS.WEBSITE WITH 3,274 SESSIONS AND 7,599 PAGE VIEWS.

FACILITY/PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT- FUNDING AWARDED OF $12 MILLION TO DEVELOP RHOAR MODEL PROGRAM IN MIDDLESBORO/BELL COUNTY.- 1,770 PATIENTS SERVED TO DATE- 130 NEW RECOVERY BEDS CREATED.- 59 JOBS CREATEDII.
