RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES TELEPHONE RECOVERY SUPPORT (TRS): PEOPLE IN RECOVERY RECEIVE A WEEKLY RECOVERY CHECKUP CALL AND REFERRAL TO RESOURCES. 6,000 CALLS WERE MADE.RECOVERY COACHING: ONE HOUR WEEKLY ONE ON ONE SESSIONS SUPPORT PARTICIPANTS THROUGH IDENTIFYING AND BREAKING DOWN BARRIERS TO ACHIEVE SUSTAINED RECOVERY. 7,431 INTERACTIONS WITH COACHING PARTICIPANTS OCCURED DURING 2021. MEETINGS: HOSTED 20 MEETINGS EACH WEEK AT THE CENTER AND HAD ALMOST 10,000 PEOPLE ATTEND MUTUTAL AID MEETINGS DURING 2021. HARM REDUCTION: DISTRIBUTED 400 FENTANYL TEST STRIP KITS, PROVIDED APPLIANCE ACCESS TO ALLOW 80 LOADS OF LAUNDRY TO BE CLEANED, PROVIDED HIV/HEP C TESTING TO 100 PEOPLE, PROVIDED SERVICE TO 11,000 PEOPLE THROUGH THE MOBILE UNIT, SERVED 6,000 MEALS THROUGH THE MOBILE UNIT, AND INSTALLED 31 NALOXBOXES.
HEAL PROGRAM - ENROLLED 530 PARTICIPANTS THROUGH HEAL AND CONDUCTED 42 MEETINGS PER WEEK ACROSS THE HEAL COUNTIES. HEAL COACHES ARE CHANGING LIVES IN 23 AGENCIES, WITH 2,135 COACHING SESSIONS AND 564 TRS CALLS. THERE WERE ALSO 553 TRANSPORTS COMPLETED IN THE HEAL PROGRAM.
COMMUNITY EVENTS - HOSTED VARIOUS EVENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS IN OUR COMMUNITY, INCLUDING OVERDOSE AWARENESS DAY, PICTURES WITH SANTA, TRICK OR TREATING, AND NUMEROUS SOBER SOCIALS.
