PROVIDE TRAINING, TESTING, AND EDUCATION AS REQUIRED UNDER GRANTS RECEIVED FROM FEDERAL AND STATE GRANTS.OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE SOURCEWATER, ENERGY EFFICIENCY, WASTEWATER TRAINING, EPA TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, CIRCUIT RIDER 1, 2, 3, AND 4, AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING.
