A CONTRIBUTION OF $1,603,841 WAS RECEIVED FROM A DECEDENT'S TRUST. PER THE DECEDENT'S REQUEST, THESE FUNDS WERE GRANTED TO THE NEWLY FORMED OAKLAND GOLF COURSE PRESERVATION FOUNDATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION OF THE HISTORIC OAKLAND GOLF CLUB COURSE AND CLUBHOUSE, INCLUDING THE REPAYMENT OF ANY RESTORATION INDEBTEDNESS.
