ADVANCE THE ORGANIZATIONAL STANDARDS THROUGH MANUALS AND INSTRUCTION THAT TEACH TRADITIONS AND IDEALS, ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP, VISION AND GOALS.
