THREE OF THE LARGEST PROGRAM AREAS INCLUDE DIRECT SERVICES, RESOURCES, AND SUPPORT FOR KDP'S TEACHER MEMBERS AND EDUCATIONAL PARTNER INSTITUTIONS. HONOR SOCIETY BENEFITS OF RECOGNITION AND CELEBRATION OF TEACHING EXCELLENCE, WHICH INCLUDES AWARDS, PROMOTING BEST PRACTICES, TRAINING, AND FELLOWSHIP FOR MEMBERS. NEW TEACHER SUPPORT IS A KEY INITIATIVE PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, DISCOUNTS FOR CLASSROOM AND LEARNING MATERIALS, RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES, NATIONAL ONLINE COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, RESEARCH, AND RESOURCES FOR EXCELLENCE IN TEACHING. FUTURE TEACHER SUPPORT INCLUDES EXTENSIVE GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT FOR KDP CHAPTER COUNSELORS, WHO ARE FACULTY MEMBERS IN SCHOOLS OF EDUCATION ACROSS AMERICA.
