CHAPTER PROGRAMMING & DEVELOPMENT - TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR APPROXIMATELY 134 LOCAL CHAPTERS WITH RESOURCES AND PROGRAMS FOCUSED ON CHAPTER DEVELOPMENT BY ASSESSING CHAPTER STRENGTHS AND IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITY AREAS FOR GROWTH. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES ONLINE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES, MANUALS AND GUIDES FOUND IN THE RESOURCE LIBRARY, AND ELECTRONIC NEWSLETTERS, ALL OF WHICH ARE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. AREAS OF ASSISTANCE INCLUDE CHAPTER OPERATIONS, RISK MANAGEMENT, MEMBER EXPERIENCE, FINANCE AND HOUSING, COMMUNITY RELATIONS, RECRUITMENT, AND CULTIVATING ALUMNAE SUPPORT.
