THE FRATERNITY IS ORGANIZED TO CULTIVATE A UNIQUE ENVIRONMENT WHICH INSTILLS LIFELONG COMMITMENT TO BROTHERHOOD. IN THIS PURSUIT, THE FRATERNITY ENCOURAGES LEADERSHIP, RESPECT FOR ONESELF AND OTHERS, AND RESPONSIBILITY TO THE UNIVERSITY AND COMMUNITY. THE FRATERNITY PROVIDES CHAPTER SERVICES AND LEADERSHIP EDUCATION TO ITS MEMBERS, INCLUDING REGULAR STAFF VISITS, PUBLICATIONS, LEADERSHIP CONVENTION, RESOURCES AND PROGRAMS. THE FRATERNITY PROVIDES OVERSIGHT AND GUIDANCE.
