DURING THE LAST FISCAL YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION COMPLETED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING IMPROVMENTS TO THE EXTERIOR, FURNISHINGS, INTERIOR, MECHANICAL AND TECHNOLOGY.
BUILDING MAINTENANCE ON THE HISTORIC RESIDENCE WAS SIGNIFICANT WITH THE LARGEST AMOUNTS GOING TOWARD CLEANING, LANDSCAPING, HEATING AND COOLING.
FOOD EXPENSES MET THE NEEDS OF BOTH LIVE-IN AND LIVE-OUT MEMBERS WHO ALL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE MEALS PREPARED ON-SITE.
