THE GOAL OF THE ORGANIZATION IS SERVICE TO THE POOR THROUGH THE OPERATION OF A DAY CENTER TO MEET SOME OF THEIR BASIC NEEDS, ASSIST IN FINDING A JOB, AND MEET CASE WORKERS, ALONG WITH HOST FOR MEALS FOR THE NEEDY.

THIS PROGRAM OFFERS DIGNITY AND PROMOTES HOPE FOR INDIVIDUALS IN COLUMBIA WHO ARE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS. SERVES 65-85 HOMELESS AND NEAR HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS A DAY TO MEET SOME OF THEIR BASIC NEEDS, TO ASSIST THEM IN SEEKING HOUSING SECURITY THROUGH FINDING A JOB AND/OR ENTERING TREATMENT PROGRAMS.
EVENING MEAL IS OPEN TO NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTS AND HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS, SERVING 75-125 ADULTS AND CHILDREN EACH EVENING. THE CHURCH HOSTS 12 STEP PROGRAMS THAT MEET IN THE EVENINGS OR ON SATURDAY MORNINGS, ALSO FOR GENERAL CHURCH PROGRAMMING.
THE PASTOR DISCRETIONARY FUND IS FUNDS USED BY THE PASTOR TO DISTRBUTE FOR EMERGENCY AID AND FOR THE EXPENSES RELATED TO THE PASTOR.
