TLC THE LEARNING CENTER SERVES FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AGES 6 WEEKS THROUGH KINDERGARTEN ENTRY.HOURS OF OPERATION ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY, 530AM TO 630PM, CLOSED FOR ONLY THE 6 MAJOR HOLIDAYS EACH YEAR. AT ANY GIVEN TIME, TLC SERVES AN AVERAGE OF FIFTY FAMILIES. THE GOAL IS TO OFFER A QUALITY ENVIRONMENT WITH LEARNING OPPORTUNITES THAT FOSTER THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE WHOLE CHILD INTELLECTUALLY, PHYSICALLY, AND SOCIALLY/EMOTIONALLY. TLC WILL PROVIDE A FOUNDATION THAT WILL HELP CHILDREN ENTER SCHOOL READY TO LEARN, WITH EMPHASIS ON LITERACY, NUMERACY, AND SOCIAL COMPETENCE.
