UERPC HOUSING, INC. PERFORMS THE ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES OF THE NORTHEAST IOWA REGIONAL HOUSING TRUST FUND. THE TRUST FUND PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE ELIGIBLE PROJECTS IN ALLAMAKEE, CLAYTON, HOWARD, AND WINNESHIEK COUNTIES. THESE PROJECTS INCLUDE THOSE THAT IMPROVE THE CONDITION OF EXISTING HOUSING STRUCTURES THROUGH REHABILITATION AND/OR REPAIR, FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE, OR CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING. FUNDS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED THROUGH LOANS, FORGIVABLE AND NON-FORGIVABLE, OR GRANTS.
