IT IS OUR VISION TO BECOME IOWA'S LEADER IN PROMOTION OF CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH. WE FOCUS ON IMPROVING THE HEART HEALTH OF ALL IOWANS BY FOCUSING ON COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND EDUCATION, PROMISING PREVENTION PROGRAMS AND CLINICAL EDUCATION SUPPORT AND TRAINING.
