ELEVATE IOWA IS A STATEWIDE, INTEGRATED CAMPAIGN TO ENCOURAGE CAREERS AND EDUCATIONAL PATHWAYS IN ADVANCED MANUFACTURING. THIS BEGINS WITH BUILDING A POSITIVE PERCEPTION OF THESE CAREERS WHILE ADDRESSING MISCONCEPTIONS OF WORK ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY, AND WAGES.
LEADERSHIP IOWA EXISTS TO EDUCATE, MOTIVATE AND DEVELOP A NETWORK OF INFORMED LEADERS THROUGHOUT THE STATE AND TO ENCOURAGE ONGOING ENGAGEMENT IN LOCAL COMMUNITIES AND THE STATE TO CREATE A BETTER FUTURE FOR IOWANS.
