THE SUMMER WORK EXPERIENCE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF: JOB READINESS TRAINING; FINANCIAL LITERACY TRAINING; AND A SUMMER JOB BASED ON YOUTH INTERESTS AND ABILITIES FOR AGES 16 TO 24.
THE CAREER ACCELERATOR PATHWAY PROGRAM CONSISTS OF JOB READINESS TRAINING, FINANCIAL LITERACY TRAINING, AND A PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE DIRECTLY RELATED TO CAREER INTERESTS AND GOALS FOR YOUNG ADULTS AGES 18 TO 24 AND PROGRAM ALUMNI ENROLLED IN POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION.
THE DISCOVER YOU PATHWAY CONSISTS OF CAREER SHADOWING EXPERIENCES, INTRODUCING YOUNG PEOPLE TO CURRENT SKILLS, CAREER AND EDUCATION PATHS, AND GOAL BUILDING FOR AGES 14-15.
