GOODWILL'S DONATED GOODS AND RETAIL PROGRAM SUPPORTS THE MISSION WITH THE SALE OF GENTLY USED DONATIONS. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES VOCATIONAL TRAINING, WORK SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AND JOB PLACEMENT TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND OTHER CHALLENGES TO EMPLOYMENT. IN 2022, 80 PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND OTHER CHALLENGES TO EMPLOYMENT WORKED IN THE DONATED GOODS AND RETAIL PROGRAM.
GOODWILL'S CLIENT TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM PROVIDES LIFE SKILLS, WORK SKILLS TRAINING, COUNSELING, VOCATIONAL EVALUATION, JOB PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITIES, POST EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO PEOPLE WHO EXPERIENCE BARRIERS TO INDEPENDENCE.
